Online Classes
WWTC's online classes are affordable, self-paced, and interactive. If your schedule prevents you from attending our regular classroom training, then our online courses may be right for you. We offer a variety of courses designed for both personal and professional enrichment. Please visit the websites below to get started.


GED Classes
WWTC offers GED classes at no charge on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

general information

Enrollment is on a first-come/first-paid basis. Early enrollment is encouraged to keep classes from being cancelled or postponed. Every effort will be made to notify students two days prior to class cancellation or postponement.

Minimum age for enrollment is 16 years of age.

WWTC reserves the right to cancel classes, alter time schedules, and make other changes to facilitate the instructional process.

Pre-requisites are required in some classes.

IN PERSON
Visit our Adult Education Department during the following hours to conduct your enrollment in person: Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m., and Fridays 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Call our Adult Education Department at 405.452.5500 during the following hours to enroll by telephone: Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. - p.m., Fridays 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. VISA, MasterCard, and Purchase Orders are accepted. Please have your credit card or purchase order number ready when calling.

MAIL
Obtain a class enrollment form by contacting our Adult Education Department at 405.452.5500. Return the completed form, along with your payment, to Wes Watkins Technology Center, 7892 Highway 9, Wetumka, OK 74883.

FAX
Completed enrollment forms may be faxed any time to the Adult Education Department at 405.452.3561. Credit card or purchase order numbers must be included on the enrollment form.

Tuition

Full payment of tuition and fees is due at the time of enrollment and may be paid by cash, check, money order, VISA or MasterCard.

Class space may be reserved by payment of a $10 deposit in all classes less than 36 hours in length. For classes 36 hours and over in length, half of the tuition is required upon enrollment. The remaining balance of tuition and fees is due on or before the first class session.

Tuition for employees of the school districts of Bearden, Dustin, Graham, Hanna, Holdenville, Mason, Moss, Okemah, Weleetka, and Wetumka will be waived for classes 24 hours or less. Student will be responsible for any book and supply fee.

A $10.00 service charge will be assessed for all returned checks.

refund policy

No refunds will be issued after the second class session regardless of attendance. If a student notifies the Adult Education Department before the second meeting, a refund will be processed, less a $10.00 processing fee. No refunds will be given on textbooks or supplies. A full refund will be given for classes cancelled by WWTC.
