Additional Charges
Additional charges will be made for any additional items requested by the engager or agent that were not part of the initial request.
Menu Selection
Pricing is based upon the prevailing price at the time function is scheduled from the school's list of preferred caterer listing. All meal functions shall be done through Wes Watkins Area Technology Center Seminar Center Coordinator. We can coordinate your event with the caterer of your choice.
Payment
All charges are to be paid in full within five (5) days after receipt of invoice. There will be a charge per hour for Wes Watkins Technology Center employees, if not within their regular working schedule.
Use of Facilities
The renter agrees to conform to local, state and federal laws governing the use of the facilities.
Damage to School Property
The renter agrees to pay the school for any and all damages arising from the use of school facilities by the engager, guests and any persons present at the function. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice by school.

Hot Beverages
- Coffee (90 - 6 oz. cups) $45.00
- Coffee (55 - 6 oz cups) $25.00
- Coffee (10 - 6 oz cups) $ 4.50
- Hot Chocolate .50 per packet
- Apple Cider .50 per packet
Cold Beverages
Assorted juices (orange, grapefruit, cranberry, apple, grape) $1.25 per can or $15.00 per carafe (8 - 8 oz servings).
Iced
Tea $15.00 per gallon.
Fruit Punch $55.00 for 5 gallons.
These prices include cups, spoons, and condiments.
