ENROLLMENT

IN PERSON
Visit our Adult Education Department during the following hours to conduct your enrollment in person:
Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. and Fridays 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

VISA, Mastercard or purchase orders are accepted. Please have your VISA, Mastercard or P.O. number ready when calling. MAIL
Obtain a class enrollment form by contacting our Adult Education Department at 405-452-5500 or by printing the form from
our web site at www.wwtech.org under Adult Education. Complete and return the form, along with your form of payment to:
Wes Watkins Technology Center, Adult Education Dept., 7892 Highway 9, Wetumka, OK 74883.

FAX - 24 HOURS
Completed enrollment forms may be faxed at any time to the attention of the Adult Education Department at 405-452-3561.
VISA, Mastercard or purchase order numbers must accompany the enrollment.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Enrollment is on a first-come / first-serve paid basis. Early enrollment is encouraged to keep classes form being canceled or postponed. Every effort will be made to notify students two days prior to class cancellation or postponement.
Minimum age for enrollment is 18 years of age.
WWTC reserves the right to cancel classes, alter time schedules and make other changes to facilitate the instructional process.
Prerequisites are required in some classes.

TUITION
Full payment of tuition and fees is due at the time of enrollment and may be paid by cash, check or money order, VISA or Mastercard. Class space may be reserved by payment of a $10.00 deposit in all classes less than 36 hours in length. For classes 36 hours and over in length, half of the tuition is required upon enrollment. The remaining balance of tuition and fees are due on or before the first class session.Tuition for employees of the school districts of Bearden, Dustin, Graham, Hanna, Holdenville, Mason, Moss, Okemah, Weleetka and Wetumka will be waived for classes 24 hours or less. Student will be responsible for any book and supply fee.A $10.00 service charge will be assessed for all returned checks.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be issued after the second class session regardless of attendance. If a student notifies the Adult Education office before the second meeting, a refund will be processed, less a $10.00 processing fee. No refunds will be given on textbooks or supplies. A full refund will be given for classes cancelled by WWTC.

DEPOSIT
$10.00 deposit for all classes less than 36 hours.
$100.00 deposit for classes over 36 hours.
