Administrative Assistant Floater

Accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant Floater. Provide administrative support for program areas, instructors and support services, or serve as an assistant to, or provide administrative support to an administrator. Must be flexible and adaptable and have qualifications and skills to perform a variety of job duties. Responsibilities include covering a position or classroom and/or floating between locations or between departments. Minimum requirements consist of a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency. Associates Degree or two (2) years’ experience working as an Administrative Assistant in education, business and industry or a closely related field is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer application software specific to job responsibilities and duties. SBDC Business Advisor

Accepting applications for a SBDC Business Advisor. Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline or five years of experience directly related to the business ownership or management; knowledge of the principles and requirements of starting and operating a successful small business in Oklahoma; knowledge of commercial lending, business capitalization, accounting processes, financial statements, financial analysis, cash flow management, and business ratios. Must be able to work extended hours and additional days/evenings as required by position responsibilities. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer application software specific to job responsibilities and duties, possess excellent customer service and communication skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines, have a valid driver’s license, and able to perform all job-related travel normally associated with this position.
